Unexpected EOF while reading EBML container

Are you getting this error "Unexpected EOF while reading EBML container" while playing any hd file in .mkv or in divx format or after installing any codec pack..

solution :

1) remove divx codec if it is installed in your system .

2) install other codec pack say it can be k-lite ("if you are playing .mkv hd files if will be good it you install proper codec from www.matroska.org

3)you can remove that error by installing winavi converter ...just convert that file into mp4 keeping the video and audio ratio same as that of that of the video file it is very simple you will get this option in winavi converter in advance menu.

4) after conversion you can play it in any player and also in DVD players if you convert it to other formats ...using winavi 9.0 converter .
